So, this gallery might look pretty sad considering I'm aspiring to be a book illustrator - there really isn't much to see. But understand, all the Harry Potter galleries and the Oz gallery are so massive they needed their own pages and represent my career goals better than this page. This is just a place for me to put the other book illustration work I do. I have high hopes to expand in time. There's only one illustration for Percy Jackson, but I'm interested in doing more for that series as well as a number of others. I just need to find the time among all the other projects I'm doing!

This is an illustration I did in school for a new cover to the book Jurassic Park. It's not the greatest representation of my work, but I just kind of like it. That said, I've had some inclinations to do a few illustrations for the story… mostly because I really like dinosaurs, but it is a great story.

This painting was concept piece for a children's book story I was thinking about writing. It probably won't happen, but it was still worth sharing.

I have a Goddaughter named Lilly. I've not been the best Godfather, but one year I was able to give her a special gift for her birthday. Her parents and I collaborated and made her a storybook featuring her and their cat Choppers as the main characters. Lilly's parents wrote the story and I did the artwork. I also - am ashamed to say - did the cover art, considering it's rather terrible. I didn't have a large window of time to do it and wanted to focus on the interior first. The cover was thrown together in Photoshop in a couple hours. Please to don't judge me too harshly. But the interior work I am fairly happy with.
