My name is Keith James Johnson, I am an illustrator and this is my website. It’s mostly an online portfolio of my artwork. All are welcome to take a look through, like friends or family, but especially any potential employers!
I’m a thirty-something geek residing in St.Paul, MN. Yes, I said geek, I've embraced who I am and am proud of it and frankly, if you look through my paintings... it's not exactly hidden.
I’ve been involved with art as long as I can remember and knew I’d be working in it since I was in kindergarten. I studied art at CCAD (the Columbus College of Art and Design) where I graduated with a BFA majoring in Illustration. My goals have changed from time to time of just exactly how I wanted to use my skills. I have a love for superhero comic books, children’s books, science fiction/fantasy and the theatrical arts. What I've found is, whether it's for one of my mentioned passions or something else, what I want to be doing is painting illustrations of some kind!
